Suggesting a tool
A lot of our tools started as user suggestions. If there’s a file task you keep having to do the hard way, tell us — if it can run in the browser, we’ll try to build it.
Reporting a problem
If a tool didn’t work as expected, let us know which tool, which browser and device you used, and what happened. Since your files never reach us, we can’t see them — so the more detail you can share about the steps, the faster we can help.
